Why is the platform fee zero?

What do I pay Meta for?
Meta charges per "conversation" (a 24-hour window with one user). First 1,000 conversations/month are FREE for Service-category messages. Marketing/Utility/Authentication messages cost roughly ₹0.40-₹2 each in India, ₹0.30-₹0.80 in many SEA markets, higher in US/UK. You set up a card with Meta — they bill you directly, transparently, never through us.
Is the AI chatbot mandatory?
No. AI template generation is included (uses ~₹0.10 of OpenAI per template generated). The chatbot — where incoming WhatsApp messages get auto-replied by AI before a human takes over — is optional. Most clients start without it and add it later once they see message volume. If used, OpenAI costs are typically under ₹500/month.
How long does setup take?
Once Meta business verification is complete on your side (usually 24-48 hours), our setup takes 3-5 business days. The longest step is Meta's template approval process (24-48 hours per template).
What if I want to upgrade to full Growth Partnership later?
The setup fee is credited toward your first month of Growth Partnership retainer. Maintenance stops billing immediately — it's included in the retainer going forward.
