Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your use of wesolvedigital.com, the Aditor diagnostic tool, our newsletter, and our WhatsApp business communication. They are deliberately short, written in plain English, and grounded in Indian law.

If you engage us for paid consulting work, a separate Statement of Work governs that engagement. Where the SOW and these Terms conflict on a paid matter, the SOW wins.

The short version

  • Use the site and tools honestly — real info, real intent, no scraping or abuse.
  • Free tools (Aditor, newsletter, blog) are provided as-is. They are diagnostics and resources, not guarantees.
  • Paid consulting is governed by a written Statement of Work. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes; anyone who does in writing is lying to you.
  • Our content is ours. Your data is yours. We do not use your data for anything beyond what the Privacy Policy describes.
  • Indian law governs. Disputes go to courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
01

Acceptance of these Terms

By using this website, submitting any form, running an Aditor audit, subscribing to the newsletter, or initiating a WhatsApp conversation with us, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to them.

If you are accessing the site or services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company. "You" in these Terms means both you personally and the organisation you represent.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the site and do not submit forms or message us. That is the entire enforcement mechanism — we keep things simple.

02

Who we are

We Solve Digital ("WSD", "we", "us", "our") is a founder-led growth consultancy operating from India. The legal entity behind the website and all services is owned and operated by Rishabh Sharma, acting as sole proprietor under the trading name "We Solve Digital".

Contact for legal and operational matters: rishabh.sharma@wesolvedigital.com.

03

What WSD offers

The services available via this site fall into two categories:

Free, governed by these Terms

  • • The website content (blog, service pages, pricing)
  • • The Aditor diagnostic
  • • The newsletter
  • • Pre-engagement WhatsApp and email conversations

Paid, governed by a Statement of Work

  • • Strategic Diagnostic
  • • Growth Partnership
  • • Fractional CGO
  • • Custom or co-built engagements
04

Acceptable use of the site and tools

The website and free tools are provided for legitimate evaluation, research, and business communication. Specifically:

Use it for its purpose

Read the content, submit forms you actually mean to submit, run audits on websites you own or are authorised to audit, message us if you have a real enquiry. Standard stuff.

Do not scrape or overload

Automated scraping, mass form submissions, denial-of-service attempts, or anything that interferes with the operation of the site is prohibited. We rate-limit and may block offending IPs.

Do not impersonate

Submitting forms with someone else's contact information, or pretending to represent a company you do not, is prohibited. We rely on form data being accurate to do useful work.

Do not abuse Aditor

Aditor is a free tool. Running it through automation, submitting URLs you do not own, or attempting to extract our prompts or system behaviour through prompt-injection is prohibited.

Do not use WhatsApp for harassment

Our WhatsApp number is for business communication. Spam, threats, or persistent messaging after we have asked you to stop will result in your number being blocked.

We may suspend, rate-limit, or permanently block access to the site or any tool for any user who, in our reasonable judgement, violates the spirit or letter of these acceptable-use rules.

05

Aditor — terms for the free audit tool

Aditor is an AI-assisted ad diagnostic tool offered free of charge to qualified visitors. Specific terms:

It is a diagnostic, not a guarantee

Aditor produces an AI-assisted analysis based on the URL and inputs you provide. It is a starting point for conversation, not a contractual guarantee of ad performance or business outcomes.

You confirm you have the right to audit

By submitting a URL, you confirm you own it or are authorised by the owner to run a diagnostic on it. We are not responsible if you submit a URL you should not have.

Generated reports are for your use

The PDF we generate is licensed to you for internal use. You may share it with your team, agency, or stakeholders. You may not republish or sell it.

Usage limits apply

Aditor is rate-limited per IP and per email to prevent abuse. If you hit the limit, you will see a notice — contact us if you have a legitimate reason for higher volume.

AI provider in the loop

Aditor calls OpenAI's gpt-4o-mini model. Your submitted URL and the resulting analysis pass through OpenAI's infrastructure under their terms. See our Privacy Policy for the data-handling specifics.

06

WhatsApp messaging

When you submit a form on this site that includes your phone number, or when you message our WhatsApp business number directly, you are consenting to receive WhatsApp messages from us related to that submission or conversation.

What you can expect

One or two messages related to your enquiry — typically confirmation, the deliverable (e.g. your Aditor report link), and a follow-up. We do not broadcast marketing on WhatsApp.

How to opt out

Reply STOP in any WhatsApp thread, or email us. You will be removed from outbound messaging immediately.

Meta's rules apply

WhatsApp Business Cloud API has its own rules — 24-hour service windows, template approval, etc. We operate within those rules and do not attempt to work around them. Your interactions with our WhatsApp number are also governed by Meta's consumer-facing terms.

07

Newsletter

The WSD newsletter is opt-in. By submitting your email through any of our forms marked as a newsletter signup, you are consenting to receive one growth-focused email per week.

Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed.

We do not share, sell, or rent the subscriber list. We do not send transactional or promotional emails through the newsletter list — only the actual newsletter.

08

Intellectual property

The content on this website — including the blog posts, service descriptions, pricing pages, frameworks, illustrations, and the Aditor diagnostic system — is the intellectual property of We Solve Digital and is protected by Indian and international copyright law.

You may:

  • Read, save, and share links to any public page.
  • Quote short passages with attribution (think: a paragraph in a blog post or social share, with a link back).
  • Use the Aditor report we generate for you, internally, within your organisation and with your advisors.

You may not:

  • Republish full articles or pages on another domain, in a newsletter, or in any commercial product.
  • Train AI models on our content without our written consent.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise the Aditor reports or any other deliverable we provide.
  • Reverse-engineer our prompts, scoring logic, or backend systems.

Your data — the content you submit through forms, the messages you send us on WhatsApp, your audit URL — remains yours. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy.

09

Paid consulting engagements

Paid engagements are scoped, priced, and governed by a written Statement of Work (SOW) or Engagement Letter signed by both parties before work begins. The clauses below apply to every paid engagement unless the SOW explicitly overrides them:

Statement of Work governs

Each paid engagement (Strategic Diagnostic, Growth Partnership, Fractional CGO) is governed by a separate written Statement of Work or Engagement Letter signed by both parties. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the SOW prevails for the scope of that engagement.

Outcomes are advised, not guaranteed

Consulting is an advisory service. We bring expertise, frameworks, and execution discipline. We cannot and do not guarantee specific revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion-rate, or hiring outcomes. Anyone who guarantees those in writing is lying to you.

Confidentiality is mutual

During a paid engagement, both parties exchange confidential information. We treat your strategic, financial, and operational data as confidential by default — typically codified in a mutual NDA at engagement start.

Payment terms

Invoiced in INR (Indian clients) or USD (international). Default payment terms are 50% upfront for fixed-scope engagements, monthly in advance for retainers. Late payments past 30 days may pause work until cleared.

Termination and refunds

Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days written notice. Fees paid for the current month are non-refundable; fees paid in advance for future months are refunded pro-rata. Fixed-scope engagements terminated mid-delivery are settled based on work completed.

10

Disclaimers

A few specific disclaimers, because they matter:

  • No outcome guarantees. We bring expertise, frameworks, and discipline. Business outcomes depend on dozens of variables outside our control — your product, market, team, capital, timing. We do not promise revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion-rate, or growth-rate outcomes.
  • Third-party platforms. Where our work involves Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, HubSpot, WhatsApp, or any other platform we do not own, the behaviour, policies, and outcomes on those platforms are governed by them. Sudden platform changes (algorithm shifts, policy updates, account restrictions) are outside our control.
  • AI-generated content. Aditor reports, draft templates, and other AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, or stylistic infelicities. Always review before acting on or publishing them.
  • Site availability. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Vercel hosts the site; downtime caused by Vercel or upstream providers is not our liability.
  • External links. The site contains links to third-party sites and resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content.
11

Limitation of liability

We provide the website, Aditor, the newsletter, and free pre-engagement communication "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or free tools — including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, missed opportunities, or business interruption.

For paid engagements, our total aggregate liability under any single engagement is capped at the fees you have paid us under that engagement in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap is the consideration on which we agreed to deliver the work at the price we did.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

12

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Solve Digital, its founder, and its representatives from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the website, Aditor, or any other free tool.
  • Your submission of a URL or content you did not have the right to submit.
  • Your breach of these Terms or of any law applicable to your use of the site.

For paid engagements, indemnity is governed by the SOW.

13

Termination

You can stop using the site at any time. We can suspend or terminate access to the site or any free tool for any user, at our discretion, for violation of these Terms or for abusive behaviour.

Termination of paid engagements is governed by the SOW (default: 30-day written notice, fees settled to the date of termination).

The clauses that should logically survive termination — confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law — survive.

14

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including but not limited to:

  • Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Information Technology Act, 2000 (and rules made thereunder)
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
  • Copyright Act, 1957

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Before any legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith email correspondence for at least 15 days. Most disputes can be resolved this way; we have never had one that could not.

15

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For paid clients with an active SOW, no change to these Terms affects the SOW unless both parties sign an amendment.

16

Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. For free-tool use, these Terms together with the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us. For paid engagements, the SOW + these Terms + the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement.
  • Severability. If any clause of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
  • No waiver. Our not enforcing a clause on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms or any rights under them without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity (for example, if WSD incorporates as a private limited company), subject to the successor adopting these Terms in their existing form.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control — natural disasters, government action, internet or platform outages, pandemics, etc.
